School Closure Update (EAI - Isle of Sheppey) - 09th January 2026.

Dear Parents, Carers and Students

We have had an engineer come to the site today and part of our system is broken. This means we have no hot water or heating.

Another engineer is coming to the site tomorrow to see if this can be fixed. This means that the school will remain closed tomorrow on Friday 9th January.

Each child will continue to receive English and Maths work via Google Classroom or Class Dojo. They can continue to work through the 'At home tasks' worksheet with tasks to complete focusing on further English and Maths work alongside Creative activities and Wellbeing activities.

Our staff will be calling all families to check in throughout the day tomorrow.

Each family will receive another voucher tomorrow to the email address on our system as we recognise the inconvenience for families and the lack of access to breakfast and hot meals at school for their children.

I will update you all by 3pm tomorrow regarding plans for Monday 12th January.
